Abstract Vascular stent implantation needs a rapid endothelialization to reduce morbidity and improve patient outcomes. A promising strategy enhance the artery wall healing is use site-specific drug targeting technique deliver required medication at site of injury. This work presents new concept using permanent magnet systems guide target functionalized magnetoresponsive nanocomposite clusters around ferromagnetic stent. In our experiment, PEG-coated magnetic capture deposition are based on competition between drag force exerted by both field gradient generated external Also, was tested for biological toxicity, result shown excellent device biocompatibility. Stent particle process generates an almost uniform strut coverage with MNP’s within different segments (proximal, central, distal segment), but visibly segments. The stability in time demonstrates that struts remains quasi constant after 1 min exposure flow shear stress.
